Frequently Asked Questions
We strive to execute on our target frequencies, time frame, and season goals, to the best of our abilities for each of the maintenance services we offer. Please keep in mind some of the outside variables that effect our day to day operations and service progress (many of which box us in to make daily game-time decisions):
- Weather: rain, wet conditions, wind (particularly leaf cleanups), general storms
- Manual Labor: error, fatigue, inconsistencies, illness, tight labor markets
- Equipment: equipment failure, repairs
- Seasonal Challenges (mostly spring rush): Planning ahead is highly encouraged. Be proactive in your property maintenance program and your services will be scheduled appropriately. Customers that add late can experience longer wait times due to seasonal backlogs (lots of approved work in a short time frame causing longer than normal delays to complete)
Customize a GHL maintenance program that aligns with your needs. Put your trust in our 20+ years of evolving experience, processes, and team… then relax, we have you covered!

Q. Is the full program required?
A. We require the core applications. Core applications round 1,2,4,5,6,8. Non-core applications, but highly recommended round 3 – preventative grub control and round 7 – liming in order to receive the full benefits as different types of weeds grow at different times of the year.
